SEAT LOCATION QUESTIONS:
Q: Can I purchase Season Tickets in the promenade/upper deck (Upper Level –
Sections 201-232)?
A: Tickets are only available for purchase for Orlando Solar Bears home games within the lower level of the Amway Center. However, in special circumstances, the Solar Bear will open some seating up in the upper level.
Q: Where can I find a layout of the seating options in the Amway Center during Solar Bears games?

Q: Is wheelchair-accesible seating available during Solar Bears games?
A: Yes, accessible seating will be available in sections 101, 104-107 and 113-116. Wheelchair accessible and companion seats are available at locations dispersed throughout Amway Center, offering guests the choice of prices and lines of sight. Q: Can I still select my seat location if I choose a Half Season Ticket Membership (18 games)?
A: Yes, all Half-Season Ticket Members will be able to select their desired seat location (subject to availability). Your selection will be reserved for the Opening Night game and 17 other games of your choosing.
TICKET QUESTIONS:
Q: What types of ticket packages will the Solar Bears offer?
A: We offer Full and Half Season Ticket Membership plans. We also offer group discounts for groups of 15 tickets or more. Premium seating is also be available (suites, loge and club seating).
Q: What benefits do Season Ticket Members receive?
A: Both Full and Half Season Ticket Members receive a number of great benefits including significant savings of box office pricing, merchandise discounts, invitations to special VIP events, and much more. Q: Tickets to the first four home playoff home games are included in the Full Season Membership – what happens if the Solar Bears play fewer than four playoff home games?
A: Any funds collected for playoff games that were not played will be applied as a credit to the next season’s Season Ticket Membership cost. A refund will be issued, if otherwise requested.
Q: Will suites be available for single games?
A: Yes, Premium Suites in the Amway Center are for sale on a single game basis. For more information on Premium Suites, please click here, or call (407) 951-8200.
Q: Will you have a ticket exchange program?
A: Yes, as an added benefit for Full and Half Season Ticket Members, games will be selected prior to the start of each season and listed as “Exchange Night Games” for unused Season Tickets. More information will be sent out prior to the beginning of the season.
Q: What is the age requirement for children’s tickets?
A: The Amway Center requires children that have reached their 2nd birthday by the date of the game to have a ticket for entry.
Q: When will single-game tickets go on sale?
A: All individual game tickets for regular season home games will go on sale to the general public shortly after our season schedule has been finalized, usually in mid-September. Stay tuned as the season approaches for an announcement on the exact date and time for single game tickets to go on sale.

Q: How can I get directions to the Amway Center?
A: Visit our directions page.
Q: Where is the Amway Center Box Office located?
A: The Amway Center Box Office is located on Church Street. Short-term (15 minutes) parking is available in front of the box office on Church Street except during events. The Amway Center Box Office does not take ticket orders over the phone.
Q: Is there a map available for all of the different parking options at the Amway Center?

Q: Is parking included in the price of my Season Ticket Membership?
A: Parking is only included in select Loge Seating and Gold Seat Full Season Ticket Memberships. Updated information regarding parking costs and locations around Amway Center will be released by the Solar Bears before each season.

Q: Will the Solar Bears be accepting applications for full-time employment, internships and/or off-ice officials?

MISCELLANEOUS:
Q: Are the Solar Bears affiliated with an NHL team?
A: Yes – we are affiliated with the Tampa Bay Lightning of the NHL, as part of a three-year affiliation agreement starting in the 2018-19 season.
Q: When will the Solar Bears regular season schedule be released?
A: The initial draft of the Solar Bears regular season schedule is released each year by the ECHL by early June, and all dates are finalized in the late August after the NBA schedule is released. Please note that all game dates and times are subject to change, even after the regular season has started.
